If you have ever paid with your phone, there is nothing new to learn. The difference is where the money goes, and what you get for it.

Get the app
Free, no card details, no subscription. Sign in with your face or fingerprint rather than a password.
Connect or create a wallet
Bring one you already have, or make one in the app. Either way it is yours and it stays on your phone.
Find somewhere to use it
The map shows businesses near you that take it. That list is growing, and it is honest about how long it is.
Paying
Tap the tag, approve, walk out.
The shop rings up what you owe and writes it to the tag on the counter. You hold your phone to it and the amount is already there, so there is nothing to type and nothing to get wrong.
You approve with your face or your fingerprint. The till says paid before you have put your phone back in your pocket, and your receipt is already saved.
If a shop would rather show a code on screen, scanning it does exactly the same thing.

The questions everyone asks
Where is my money kept? In your own wallet, on your phone. Not with us. We have no balance of yours to lose, freeze, or be careless with.
What if I lose my phone? Your sign-in follows you to a new device. Your wallet unlocks with a second passkey, a backup file you keep yourself, or people you nominated. Set two of those up when you start, because we genuinely cannot recover it for you.
Can a payment be reversed? No. That is the point, and it cuts both ways: nobody can pull money back out of your account, and you cannot undo a payment by changing your mind. Check the amount before you approve.
What does it cost me? Nothing. The app is free and the businesses pay for the software. Moving the money itself costs a fraction of a penny.
