Pay a designer in Buenos Aires the way you pay one in Bolton.
Contractors and freelancers anywhere in the world, paid in seconds for a fraction of a penny, and recorded in your books as it happens.
What it costs you now
An international transfer is slow, expensive, and loses money twice.
Two to five working days. A fee at your end and often another at theirs. An exchange rate that is quietly worse than the one you looked up. And a correspondent bank that occasionally sits on it for a week with nobody able to tell you why.
For a one-off that is irritating. For a business paying six people every month it is a real cost and a recurring afternoon of admin.
Seconds, not daysThe money is in their wallet before you have closed the tab.
Pennies, not percentagesThe network fee is the same whether you send fifty pounds or five thousand.
No account to open at their endNo bank willing or unwilling, no minimum balance, no branch visit.
One approval for the lotBatch runs, so twenty contractors is one review and one signature.
And it lands in the books
Paid and recorded are the same action.
Against the right supplier
Matched to the person or company, not left as an address in a list. Their bill is marked paid.
Valued in sterling
At the moment it went out, so the deduction in your accounts is the real figure rather than an estimate.
Categorised and synced
Against a nominal code and into Xero, with the invoice or receipt attached where you have one.
Payment runs
Four bills, three suppliers, one approval.

Each bill against the wallet it pays to, taken from your address book. Marking it paid records that the money left. It does not move it, because the transfer happens on your own rail.
About UK employees, honestly
You cannot pay a UK employee's wages in stablecoins and call it done. PAYE and National Insurance are due to HMRC in sterling, wages paid in cryptoassets carry PAYE on their value at the time of payment, and National Minimum Wage has to be paid in money.
So we are not going to pretend otherwise. Ceodore will calculate and record what you owe, and your existing payroll will pay it. Contractors and freelancers outside that are a different matter entirely, and those you can pay directly.
Anyone selling you crypto payroll for UK staff without mentioning this has not spoken to an accountant.
Tell us what you need it to do.
This is being designed now, and the people who pay contractors abroad every month know things we do not. If that is you, we would rather build the version you actually want.
We will tell you when it is ready. That is all we will use your address for.
